Mental Health Therapist

What you'll do

  • Provide outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches

  • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

  • Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers

  • Attend team meetings and clinical supervision

  • Contribute to a warm, collaborative team culture

What you'll bring

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field

  • Active WA licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PhD, PsyD).

  • Associates encouraged to apply.

  • Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills

  • Cultural responsiveness and comfort with diverse populations

  • Credentialed with insurance panels or willing to credential
