More than a job — a space to grow, connect, and thrive as a clinician. At Rainier Mental Health, healing begins with our people. We're building a practice where therapists do meaningful work and feel genuinely supported doing it..
-
Rainier Mental Health is a behavioral health practice based in the greater Seattle area. We combine clinical excellence with a human-centered culture — building a team where therapists are valued as whole people, not just providers.
-
We believe great therapy starts with a supported therapist. Our team uses evidence-based, culturally responsive approaches and is committed to accessible, high-quality care for the communities we serve across the Pacific Northwest.
-
We serve individuals, families, and couples across a range of presentations — anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more. Our clinicians work with diverse populations and are encouraged to specialize in the areas they're most passionate about.
