Chelsea is a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes every person deserves mental healthcare that is tailored, evidence-based, and culturally responsive. She specializes in complex trauma and anxiety, with a particular interest in supporting high-achievers navigating the unique pressures of demanding careers — including healthcare professionals, first responders, athletes, and corporate and tech leaders.
Chelsea's approach is non-pathologizing and relational. She blends nervous system-based tools with evidence-based modalities — primarily Polyvagal Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — adapted to each client's unique needs and goals. Her work supports clients in expanding their capacity to respond to life's stressors, building emotional resilience, and moving forward with greater clarity, compassion, and congruence.
She also provides care to those navigating grief and loss, burnout, major life transitions, and suicidal ideation. Chelsea works with adults of all ages and backgrounds, and values honest, ongoing feedback as a core part of the therapeutic relationship.
Outside of the office, Chelsea enjoys reading and writing, staying active, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
