Kiley brings a warm, curious, and attentive presence to every session. She is passionate about supporting individuals navigating grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and difficult life transitions — with a particular interest in working with clients who are adjusting to new cities or countries, expat and immigrant experiences, and other significant life changes. Having worked with clients both abroad and in the U.S., Kiley brings a genuinely global perspective to her practice.

Described by clients as non-judgmental, open, and personable, Kiley meets people where they are and focuses on what feels most natural and necessary for each individual. Her approach is holistic and collaborative — exploring thoughts, coping patterns, and the ways past experiences have shaped present life, to discover new ways of living and relating.

Kiley has a special interest in supporting adult men who have spent much of their lives achieving and performing, and who are now curious about who they are beneath those roles. She also enjoys working with couples seeking to build deeper trust, communication, and intimacy.

Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, quiet moments by the water, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
