Lauren specializes in supporting people who feel deeply, think creatively, and sometimes feel misunderstood by the world around them. She has a particular passion for working with individuals navigating bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, grief, OCD, chronic illness, and end-of-life transitions — especially those who want more than symptom relief and are searching for meaning, connection, and authentic expression.

Many of Lauren's clients are artists, musicians, and seekers. Her work goes beyond managing symptoms — together with clients, she creates space to reimagine their stories, nurture creativity, and move through suffering toward a life that feels both grounded and meaningful.

Lauren's approach centers on narrative therapy, helping clients explore and reframe their experiences to find new meaning and self-understanding. She draws from mindfulness, feminist, existential, and expressive arts perspectives to support resilience and authentic living. She brings both clinical training and lived experience to her work, and believes that feeling truly seen in therapy is foundational to healing.
