Shana holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Certificate in Trauma Counseling from Antioch University New England. She completed EMDR training in 2021 and is licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and as a National Certified Counselor with the NBCC.
She works with individuals and couples 16 and older navigating trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Shana is especially passionate about guiding clients through trauma and grief — helping them uncover resilience and find a path toward healing and growth.
